Its founders are:

Pierre Scokaert was born in Belgium in 1950. Originally a Mining Engineer, he complemented his technical and mathematical training with postgraduate degrees in Business Management, Corporate Finance and Merger-Acquisitions. From 1980 to 1995, he created several companies in the industrial engineering field and later on in consultancy and management. From 1995 to 2004 he managed the Belgian subsidiaries of the French company Gaz de France and sat on various European management committees of Gaz de France in Paris.
Convinced that a systematic and rigorous treatment of financial information can, if based on the correct parameters, yield far better results than investments based on “gut feeling”, technical analysis or purely fundamental analysis, he plunged himself whole-heartedly into equity research. Thousands of working hours have enabled him to develop most of the tools which Stock Engineering offers today to all those investors who prefer a scientific approach to intuition. Now, with the help of his partners and collaborators, Pierre Scokaert keeps refining his research in order to offer Stock Engineering’s customers even more quality, performance and user-friendliness.  

Stelios Fanourakis was born in Liège in 1965.
He is a medical doctor specialized in ophthalmology and eye surgery.
Apart from his great passion in life, medicine, he adores his three children, loves tennis, architecture and the study of stock exchange mechanisms.
He was the co-founder of a stock exchange investment club as well as several other companies.
His team spirit, sense of creativity and his need for fresh challenges has led this workaholic to develop this concept: providing any investor, experienced of not, with a precise, reliable and easy-to-operate tool for investing in the stock market.

Born in Berchem-Sainte-Agathe (Belgium) in 1978, Alexandre Michotte holds degrees in Marketing and in Information Technology. Fired by a creative urge and the need to bring new ideas to life, this enthusiastic computer scientist seized the opportunity offered by Stock Engineering to create a new business, a new system and a new product.

The company is totally independent from banks and brokerage firms.

1. To create and distribute a range of quality tools which enable users to overperform on the stock market while remaining totally independent.
2. To dedicate a significant part of revenue to applied research in order to further develop the tools and to sustain performance.
3. To provide support, help, training and advice to its subscribers and members.
