 investment club representative professional 1. Subscriptions 1.1. Subscription formulas
At the time of subscription, each subscriber receives an “à la carte” lookup credit worth 100 units. Any unit that has not been used by the end of the subscription period is automatically cancelled, without refund or any kind of compensation. Specific terms and conditions 1.2. Renewals and/or upgrades A subscription can be renewed and/or upgraded at any time, whether just to renew it, to increase the number of lines or even to choose a longer duration for better value. To do this go to the " Manage my subscription " page and click on " Modify ". Select the formula you want to use (1month, 1 year, 2 years, 10 L, 20 L, 30 L) Your remaining subscription credit is computed automatically (pro rata temporis) and you will be charged the amount due for your new formula after deduction of you remaining subscription credit. Your new formula will come into effect for the chosen duration a soon as your payment is recorded. Let us assume for instance that today is February 10, 2006. You have a one-year, 10-line subscription that has come into effect 20 calendar days ago. The website really has convinced you and you want to switch to a formula that offers better value for money and is better suited to your needs, i.e. a two-year, 20-line subscription. With each subscription upgrade or renewal, any remaining lookup credit is automatically cancelled and replaced by a new 100-unit provision which remains valid until the end of the new subscription. a) The remaining credit on your current subscription is computed as : (3665-20) / 365 * 299 = 282.62€ b) We offer you to pay the price of your new subscription (760€) reduced by the amount of your current remaining credit (282.62). i.e. 477.39€. Specific terms and conditions : C1 to C4 above apply. 2. " A la carte " stock searches 2.1. Access to the complete list of the recommended stocks of the week Price : 10 € Note : This service is freely accessible to subscribers as part of their subscription. Specific terms and conditions : C6 : the service is activated as soon as payment has been received and registered.
Note : As part of their subscriptions, all subscribers can use an "à la carte" search service that offers them, on a weekly basis, as many individual searches as there are "empty" stock lines in their portfolio. For additional searches, all subscribers can also use the service as described here.
Specific terms and conditions : C6 to C9 above apply 3. Provisions, pre-paid coupons and promotional coupons The website allows you to create a provision which is kept in our records. Your provision can be fed through any means of payment authorized by the site, including "pre-paid" coupons with scratch codes for 2€, 5€ or 10€. You can buy such coupons in our points of contact (most notably newsstands). Pre-paid coupons enable you to pay small amounts without incurring the 0.35€ additional charge that applies to credit-card payments below 5€. Promotional coupons only give you access to services (stock searches). They are not added to your provision and cannot be exchanged for money.PLEASE READ CAREFULLY OUR GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Before any payment or before you use any of our services, we ask you to expressly accept these general terms and conditions and to accept specific terms and conditions as described in this price list. 1. Subscriptions 1.1. Subscription formulas The chairman and all members of the investment Club have access to all the services associated with an individual subscription, with a portfolio carrying a number of lines negotiated anticipatively each quarter between the Club and Stock Engineering. Stock Engineering bills the Club collectively at the following rate: 4.00€ per line, per member and per quarter The fee is paid anticipatively each quarter on the basis of the number of members belonging to the Club on the first day of the quarter preceding that for which the fee has already been paid. The Chairman (or his designed representative) must communicate that information spontaneously to Stock Engineering at the latest by the end of the second month of the current quarter (for which the fee has already been paid). That fee entitles the Chairman and all members of the club, on top of the subscribed lines, to a quarterly lookup credit of 2 units per subscribed line. Specific terms and conditions 1.2. Renewals and/or upgrades As indicated previously, renewals and upgrades are negotiated each quarter between the Club and Stock Engineering. If an upgrade is required in the course of a quarter, it is computed pro rata temporis on the basis of the rate quoted above and billed with the following quarter. Unused lookup credits are cancelled at the end of each quarter; they give no right to any form of refund or other compensation. 2. " A la carte " stock searches 2.1. Access to the complete list of the recommended stocks of the week Price : 10 € Note: this service is available at no cost and without restriction to the Chairman and all to club members in the framework of their individual subscription. Specific terms and conditions : C1 : the service is activated as soon as payment has been received and registered.
Note: in the framework of his/her subscription, each subscriber is entitled, each week, to a number of “à la carte” lookups equal to the number of unused lines in his/her portfolio. He/she is also entitled to the extra lookup credits as described in 1.1 above. Beyond that he/she can use, in a strictly individual capacity, this à la carte lookup service.

The Internet subscription rate is 605€ (21% VAT incl.) for a one-year subscription. At the time of subscription, each professional subscriber receives an “à la carte” lookup credit worth 200 units. Any unit that has not been used by the end of the subscription period is automatically cancelled, without refund or any kind of compensation. Specific terms and conditions 1.2. Renewals and/or upgrades A subscription can be upgraded at any time to increase the number of lines or even to choose a longer duration for better value. This upgrade is done through a negotiated procedure (please contact us). The Internet subscription can be renewed at the time of expiration. With each subscription renewal, any remaining lookup credit is automatically cancelled and replaced by a new 200-unit provision which remains valid until the end of the new subscription. Specific terms and conditions : C1 to C4 above apply. 2. " A la carte " stock searches 2.1. Access to the complete list of the recommended stocks of the week This service is made available without restriction to all professional subscribers in the framework of their subscription. Specific terms and conditions : C1 : the service is activated as soon as payment has been received and registered.
